What if I can’t make all three LIVE workshops in my year?

Some will attend all three, others just two and some even one. I recommend you attend all three, for the benefit of your coaching practice. But you’ll receive enough value from the ongoing daily messages, monthly webinars, mailings, and peer coaching, etc. to optimize your investment.

Why daily messages?

They keep you motivated. They are written to you, the coach. They are about coaching and building a great coaching practice. Coaches can get discouraged when clients don’t come in quickly enough. This message is a way to start your day on a positive, inventive, creative note. What if you had a message sent to you every single workday that inspired you to thrive as a coach, and gave you just the right psychological boost to get you started? Would that be different than the way the day starts now?

What’s the difference between this school and other coaching schools?

This school is not teaching you how to coach. It is focused entirely on getting you clients and building your prosperity. This is the only school in the world that does this.

What will the monthly webinars be about…and what if I have to miss one?

These webinars feature me and special guest coaches talking about how they create clients, raise fees, prospect, and everything else. They feature LIVE coaching, and answers to various questions sent in by coaches. The sessions are lively set up to be lively, unconventional and informative, and they will help you get clients. You receive a CD of each session in the mail, so you never miss anything.

Who are your guest coaches on the webinars?

They are coaches who have used the principles in the school to grow high six-figure (or higher) incomes and prosper. They share their experiences, including their early struggles and how they solved their client-acquisition challenges. They share their secrets.

Are the live events the same?

They all refresh the same 18 Disciplines, so newcomers to the school receive the basics at each session, but no two LIVE conferences will ever be the same. They have different guest coaches, different exercises and absolutely fresh and rejuvenating experiences each time. We innovate and experiment between each session. We grow together.

How does the peer coaching program work?

At the LIVE event you will volunteer for the program if you choose. You will choose four coaches at the event to work with a month at a time. We will explain and instruct further at the LIVE events. This is a powerful accountability program, especially for coaches who do not now have coaches of their own. It gives you a powerful weekly reporting system.

Why do you conduct this school?

I have been doing this school since early 2008, and one-on-one versions of it with coaches for many years prior to that. So many coaches have benefited financially that I decided to focus my whole life on expanding it and making it more powerful, adding all the new elements like monthly webinars, daily messages, three LIVE events per year, etc. My passion is to teach coaches the one thing they struggle with the most…client acquisition. Practice-building. Prosperity. Many people who are very good coaches do not know how to sell themselves. They either leave coaching … which is everybody’s loss … especially to all those clients whose lives they could have changed … or they muddle through with an underperforming practice. My mission is to teach coaches the art of prosperity and major service to others.

I’m a new coach. Is this school for me?

Yes. If you are just completing your coach training, now is the time to get clients. If you are just starting coaching for fees, this is for you. It’s hard to be a coach if you don’t have clients. This is the only school totally and solely focused and devoted to getting you clients.

I’m an experienced coach with a struggling practice. Is this school for me? Yes. All the training and certifications in the world don’t help anyone if you don’t get clients. This school is about you getting clients.

I’m an experienced coach with a thriving practice. Is this school for me?

Yes. We have some very successful master coaches with multi-six figure practices who attend this school repeatedly. They find that it raises their game. They make more money when they are in the school than when they are out.

I’m trained as a coach but I still have a full time job inside a corporation. Is this school for me?

Maybe. Do you want to start getting a client or two on the side? The skills of client enrollment that you learn here will also help you as an internal coach and prepare you to establish your own practice once that is a path you choose.

Why did you start this school? Aren’t there enough coaching schools?

There are now thousands of coaches in the world and hundreds of coach training programs. International Coach Federation claims 15,000 members. Yet coaches struggle to get clients and generate revenue.

We are the only school devoted to you getting clients. Since early 2008, we have built a community of prosperous successful coaches. And these coaches were not always prosperous. Including me and Ron Wilder! We started where you are. You can learn from our mistakes! Regardless of your starting point, the CPS will help you grow your practice. Don’t compare your earnings to others. There will be people here making seven figures and six figures, five figures and no figures.We’ll help get you a nice figure. You are only competing with your former self.

Will I have to make weekly reports?

This year-long coaching school will not have weekly reports that you make to the entire group….other than the weekly report you make each week to your peer coach, if you choose that program.

What if I can’t join until after the first LIVE event takes place?

You can join any time, there is no “late.” So if you join August 5 or September 5 it doesn’t matter, you still get a full year from that exact date. The very next working day after you join you get your DAILY messages from me that help you get clients. You get your monthly webinars on getting clients, etc. And you get your various random mailings filled with goodies, gifts and surprises.

You can send me questions and I answer some on the webinar and the rest on paper for the low-tech mailing that month. Inside each year there are three two-day seminars in different cities and you can attend one two or all three of those.

For peer coaching (optional) you must be at the LIVE seminar to connect with the three coaches you’ll be working with between seminars….you have a dance card to fill out there, and you get coach A weekly for the first month, coach B the second month etc. Each week you send your report to your peer coach via email and then you do your phone session.

What do you call the school?

Some call it prosperity school 2.0. “CPS2.0″ if you want the tattoo many people are getting. It’s the only school in the world focused on client acquisition.
